Primavera City is a seven-tower mixed-use development located in Cagayan de Oro City, planned to be completed in four phases. The first phase features Citta’ Verde, a residential tower that will house 247 residential units. The one-bedroom units in Citta’ Verde are thoughtfully designed to promote resource efficiency and reduce utility costs. The building incorporates external shading devices, solar photovoltaic panels, and energy-efficient LED lighting to minimize energy consumption, along with low-flow plumbing fixtures to support water conservation. Developed by Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), Primavera City reflects the company’s commitment to sustainable and design-driven real estate development. The project follows EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) standards, demonstrating how environmentally responsible buildings can be both affordable and elegant in the Philippine setting. IDC has also achieved EDGE certification for its earlier project, Primavera Residences. Primavera City was designed by Architect Romolo V. Nati, a recognized leader in passive green architecture, and has received a preliminary EDGE certification from the Philippine Green Building Initiative (PGBI).
